Lecturer - Computer Networks & Communications

• Teaching & Instruction: Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate students, delivering course content in line with curriculum objectives.
• Material Preparation: Prepare comprehensive learning and teaching materials to enhance content delivery and support students in achieving course objectives.
• Evaluation & Assessment: Interpret curriculum, set, moderate, invigilate, and mark examinations. Evaluate delivery models and make continuous improvements to ensure high-quality education.
• Curriculum Development: Carry out needs assessments for the curriculum and identify content gaps to ensure the production of competent, industry-ready graduates.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Academic Credentials: Hold a PhD or a Master's degree qualification in a relevant field from a recognized academic institution. Master's holders registered for a PhD may also be considered.
• Experience: Possess vast teaching or industry experience at undergraduate/postgraduate levels, including at least two (2) years of teaching experience in a university. Must have served as a Lecturer or equivalent industry experience in a university or institution recognized by the Senate of JOOUST.
• Professional Affiliation: Be registered with the relevant professional body as required by the field of specialization.
• Demonstrated Potential: Demonstrate strong potential for university teaching and/or research.
