Role Overview
The Lead Market & Feasibility Consultant will lead the overall consultancy assignment by providing strategic and technical direction for market research, feasibility studies, investment analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will coordinate a multidisciplinary team, ensure quality delivery, and provide recommendations on project viability and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the consultancy assignment and technical team.
- Develop the study methodology and quality assurance framework.
- Oversee market, financial, and feasibility analyses.
- Coordinate stakeholder consultations and data collection.
- Review and approve all technical deliverables.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the client.
Requirements
Academic Qualifications
- PhD in Valuation and Property Management, Land Economics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Professional Qualifications
- CFSP, CMRA, MRS Membership, Registered Valuer and/or Registered Estate Agent (or equivalent).
Experience and Track Record
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant consulting experience.
- Successfully led at least 15 market research and feasibility study assignments for commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
