Job Description
Bristol Park Hospital, established in 2008, is a healthcare provider serving residents of Embakasi and the wider Nairobi area with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and respect. We are looking for qualified and dedicated Laboratory Technologists to join our team, including staff for our new branch in Utawala on the Eastern Bypass. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
Collect and process biological specimens for analysis.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control and safety standards are met.
Interpret and report test results to medical staff for patient management.
Ensure the laboratory environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications
Relevant academic and professional qualifications in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
A valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory body (KMLTTB).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced hospital environment.
Previous experience working in a hospital setting is considered a distinct advantage.
