Thika Technical Training Institute is seeking to recruit four (4) Laboratories Cleaners to maintain the hygiene and safety standards of its technical training facilities. This role is essential for supporting the learning environment by ensuring labs and workshops remain clean and compliant with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain laboratories and workshop areas to required standards.
Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.
Uphold workshop and laboratory work ethics and best practices.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain confidentiality regarding laboratory activities.
Assist in maintaining a conducive environment for technical education.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a KCSE Certificate.
A Craft or Diploma Certificate in any field is considered an added advantage.
At least two (2) years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards (OSHA) is an added advantage.
Familiarity with workshop or laboratory safety regulations.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Terms of Engagement
Contract Duration: Two (2) Years.
Salary: Based on the approved Thika Technical Training Institute salary structure.
