AirKenya Express is an airline based in Nairobi, Kenya, operating domestic scheduled and charter services as well as scheduled flights to Tanzania. The airline is seeking a qualified Journey Design & Sales Executive to develop safari packages and drive sales revenue.
Role Overview
The Journey Design & Sales Executive is responsible for designing commercially viable safari itineraries, driving travel sales, meeting revenue targets, and building strong relationships with lodges, tour operators, destination partners, and ground handlers.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years' experience in safari package design or a related travel role.
Strong knowledge of East African safaris, travel trends, and commercially viable itinerary development.
Proven track record in travel sales and achieving revenue targets.
Experience working with lodges, tour operators, destination partners, or ground handlers.
