This is a hands-on position suited to a digitally savvy, proactive, and service-oriented IT professional. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure, while introducing modern technologies, automation tools, and intelligent digital solutions. The role requires a balance of strong technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and high integrity to ensure seamless operations and effective support to all staff.
Key Responsibilities
Tour Plan & Systems Support
Support system implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
Assist with data migration, validation, and testing processes.
Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance.
Collaborate with operational teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
IT Infrastructure & Innovation
Maintain IT infrastructure, networking, systems support, and cybersecurity.
Introduce modern technologies, automation tools, and intelligent digital solutions.
Manage system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
Coordinate IT projects and manage vendor relationships.
Train, guide, and support colleagues on new technologies and processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–4 years’ work experience in the travel industry or a similar operational environment.
Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking, systems support, and cybersecurity.
Experience supporting enterprise systems, ERP platforms, or business-critical applications.
Experience with ERP or booking systems (Tour Plan experience is an advantage).
Exposure to automation tools, data platforms, and emerging technologies.
Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
Relevant IT or digital technology certifications.
Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
