IT Support Specialist

Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage Oracle ERP applications, database administration, and lead various ICT project implementations including network, security, software, and hardware projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Database & ERP Administration: Perform Oracle ERP Applications and Database administration, training, and support.
• Project Implementation: Oversee ICT Projects implementation (Network, Security, Software, Hardware, and Application Projects).
• Infrastructure Management: Ensure smooth operations of central systems and communications infrastructure.
• Strategic Execution: Implement the IT strategic plan in support of the company's corporate and business plans.
• Security & Integrity: Ensure the security and integrity of systems and equipment at all times.
• Policy Formulation: Formulate and implement the company's ICT policies.
• Asset Management: Manage and allocate ICT Assets.
• Network Maintenance: Conduct network configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of the Local Area Network (LAN).
• Vendor Management: Coordinate IT Service provider selection and contracts management.
• Procurement: Manage the procurement of ICT equipment.
• Tendering Support: Support Senior Management with Online tendering processes.
• Teleconferencing Support: Facilitate audio and video teleconferencing support.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience.
• ERP Deployment and skills on Support and Usage.
• CCNA course desired; MCSE or equivalent experience is required.
• At least five years of experience in IT Support.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of hardware/software.
• Expertise in data management and data governance.
• Agile project management skills.
• Experience installing, configuring, and managing both wired and wireless LAN and firewalls.
