We specialize in sourcing top talent and offering tailored HR solutions that align with our clients’ business goals.\n\n### The Role\nWe are looking for a high-performing IT Sales Manager to lead strategic enterprise account management and drive revenue growth through the sale of complex IT solutions. The successful candidate will manage relationships with high-level stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to identify and close high-value opportunities.\n\n### Responsibilities\n* Manage and grow relationships with up to 15 strategic enterprise accounts, engaging CIOs, MDs, and C-suite leaders to identify and close high-value opportunities.\n* Develop and execute account strategies to drive adoption of unified email collaboration and platform solutions.\n* Manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification to deal closure.\n* Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets while maintaining strong pipeline development.\n* Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, support, and product teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.\n* Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting for senior management.\n\n### Qualifications and Experience\n* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.\n* 5-10 years of IT solution sales experience, including at least 3 years managing strategic enterprise accounts.\n* Proven track record selling IT software solutions to large organizations or listed companies.\n* Experience selling enterprise collaboration or email platform solutions is an added advantage.\n* Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build compelling business cases for complex IT solutions.\n* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n### How to Apply\nTo apply, email your updated CV to careers@msvigroup.com with the subject line "IT Sales Manager".
