Job Description

Collection Africa is seeking to hire a dynamic and technical IT Manager. In this role, you will lead our entire IT function, ensuring efficient, secure, and resilient systems. Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on systems management, you will drive digital transformation, oversee cybersecurity, manage enterprise infrastructure, and optimize our core PRSP/SMS and VoIP/SIP communication platforms to support organizational growth.

Core Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage secure and scalable IT infrastructure aligned with company goals.
Systems Administration: Oversee hands-on systems management, maintenance, and regular updates of internal networks and servers.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Plan, execute, and monitor threat protection protocols and maintain business continuity systems.
Communication Systems Management: Support and optimize the core PRSP/SMS and VoIP/SIP communication channels.
Leadership & Innovation: Drive digital transformation and implement emerging AI solutions to boost operational efficiency.
