IT Manager

Role Overview

City Walk Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its ICT strategy, oversee technology infrastructure, and manage digital systems across its retail network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining ICT policies, managing infrastructure and cybersecurity, overseeing digital transformation, and ensuring seamless IT operations across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ICT strategy, policies, budgets, and business continuity plans.
• Manage infrastructure, networks, servers, connectivity, and hardware.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, access control, and ICT risk management.
• Manage helpdesk support, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure regular backups, disaster recovery, and operational business continuity.
• Oversee ICT assets, vendor relationships, CCTV, biometrics, and access systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ ICT experience, including at least 3 years in a management position.
• Multi-branch retail, FMCG, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, or cybersecurity are an added advantage.
