Job Description
Role Summary
The Invoicing Service Clerk (Warehouse Clerk) plays a pivotal role within the procurement department, acting as the primary liaison for customers and internal teams. This position ensures efficient order processing, accurate communication, and proactive issue resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and support seamless supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Process and manage customer orders accurately in SAP, verifying details, pricing, and availability. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely fulfillment and dispatch, monitoring status from placement to delivery.
Customer Engagement: Serve as the main contact for inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Provide accurate information on product availability and delivery, proactively communicating any changes or delays. Build strong work relationships.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, quality, and invoicing, collaborating with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance). Document all interactions.
Data Accuracy: Ensure high accuracy of all customer and order data. Generate reports on order status and feedback, contributing to trend analysis for continuous improvement.
Process Adherence & Improvement: Strictly follow CSL procedures, identify opportunities for efficiency gains, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure cohesive end-to-end supply chain operations, supporting new launches and promotions.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Educational Qualification: Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP SD module highly preferred.
Computer Literacy: Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite.
