Job Description
Platinum Outsourcing & Logistics is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory control, lead physical stock counts, maintain accurate stock records using Speed software, and implement measures to prevent stock loss. The role also involves managing the inventory team and resolving client complaints regarding inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Controls inventory levels by leading the physical stock count exercise and reconciling with stocks in Speed
Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement through Speed
Putting up measures to control loss of stocks and investigating missing stocks should there be any
Management of damaged and returned goods from customers
Prepare and review inventory reports as and when required
Lead the inventory team to ensure accomplishment of set KPIs
Develop KPIs to measure effectiveness of inventory management
Conduct investigations into Inventory Management incidents in order to verify or resolve complaints from clients
Minimum Qualifications
