Job Description
Cold Solutions Kenya is a leading temperature-controlled warehouse and logistics service provider. We are a one-stop shop for cold chain solutions, providing services including temperature-controlled storage (ranging from ambient to frozen), blast freezing, and food processing. We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented professionals who are committed to operational excellence. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of responsibility in maintaining accurate processes and compliance with established procedures.
Responsibilities
Customer Inquiries Management & Order Processing: Manage incoming customer requests and ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
Customer Account Management: Maintain and manage customer records and account details.
Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and ensure inventory data integrity within the systems.
Health & Safety: Maintain compliance with all established health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office software.
