Responsibilities
Customs Documentation & Declaration Processing: Handle all necessary paperwork and electronic filings for customs clearance.
Customer Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with specific customer accounts.
Customer Inquiries Management & Order Processing: Respond to customer queries and manage the workflow of orders from receipt to fulfillment.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure accuracy in reporting, and manage warehouse inventory flow.
Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction: Identify and resolve logistical or administrative issues to maintain high levels of customer service.
Health & Safety: Adhere to and promote workplace safety standards and procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years' experience in customs documentation, customer service, or administrative support.
Highly creative and autonomous approach to work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
