Key Responsibilities
Support the monitoring of project delivery and organizational performance metrics.
Assist in data collection, management, and analysis related to Bank operations.
Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
Support the development and maintenance of delivery tracking tools.
Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support to the unit as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
Age: Must be at the age of majority in their country of origin and no more than 30 years old at the start of the internship.
Education: Currently enrolled in a Master's level degree program in a recognized higher learning institution. Alternatively, candidates may apply within one year of having obtained such a degree.
Nationality: Must be a national of a member country of the African Development Bank.
Language: Fluent in at least one of the Bank's working languages (English or French).
Software Skills: Proficient in standard software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
Documentation: Must be able to provide a letter from their school confirming enrollment or a copy of the mentioned degree.
Terms and Conditions
Duration: Between three (3) and six (6) months.
Modality: Internships may be performed remotely or on-site depending on the hiring unit's needs. Remote interns must have a personal computer and a reliable internet connection.
Support: Eligible interns will benefit from medical insurance coverage paid by the Bank and a monthly stipend.
Logistics: For on-site roles, interns are responsible for their air travel and general upkeep, though the Bank will assist in obtaining entry and residence visas.
