Internet Sales Executives (Home Broadband) - Mombasa

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Customer acquisition and onboarding processes (e.g., KYC and customer education on top-up).
• Collaborate with the Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in the assigned area.
• Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding.
• Recover devices from non-compliant customers.
• Provide first-level support with on-ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
• Escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved at the first level.
• Escalate network issues.
• Perform daily collation of target achievements.
• Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets.
• Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as and when required.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities.
• Provide customer insights, and identify/suggest products or services that will meet customer needs.
• Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives (e.g., roadshows, estate storms, mall activations).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of telecom/fixed wireless trends is an added advantage.
• 1+ years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the telecom industry (not mandatory).
• Commercial acumen: understanding the competitive landscape, devices offered, packages, commission schemes, etc.
• Tech-savvy: understanding solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
• Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
