Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to recruit dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the position of Internet Sales Executives (Home Broadband) to be based in Kisumu.
Job Purpose
The Internet Sales Executive will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and onboarding processes for home broadband, executing sales initiatives, and providing on-ground support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance to Customer acquisition and onboarding processes i.e. KYC and customer education on top up.
Collaborate with Line Manager to develop, execute and monitor sales initiatives in assigned area.
Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding.
Recovery of devices from non-compliant customers.
Provide first level support with on ground trouble shooting and resolution of customer issues.
Escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved at first level.
Escalate network issues.
Daily collation of target achievement.
Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets.
Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as and when required.
Monitor and report competitor activities.
Provide customer insights, identify and suggest products, or services that will meet their needs.
Plan and execute on ground marketing initiatives i.e. road shows, estate storms, mall activations.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate degree or Diploma of Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.
Understanding of telecom/ fixed wireless trends is an added advantage.
1+ years outdoor sales experience preferably in the telecom industry but not mandatory.
Commercial acumen - Understanding the competition landscape, devices offered, packages, commission schemes etc.
Tech savvy – Needs to understand solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
