Sheer Logic is seeking to recruit dynamic and target-driven Internet Sales Executives (Home Broadband) to join their team in Nairobi. The role involves driving customer acquisition, conducting customer onboarding, and promoting fixed wireless and 5G internet solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance to customer acquisition and onboarding processes, including KYC and customer education on top-ups.
Collaborate with the Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in the assigned area.
Track adherence to SLAs on customer acquisition and onboarding.
Recovery of devices from non-compliant customers.
Provide first-level support with on-ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
Escalate complex customer issues and network problems that cannot be resolved at the first level.
Collate daily target achievements and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets.
Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews and other ad-hoc reports as required.
Monitor and report competitor activities within the market.
Provide customer insights, identifying and suggesting products or services to meet their needs.
Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives such as roadshows, estate storms, and mall activations.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate degree or Diploma of Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.
Understanding of telecom/fixed wireless trends is an added advantage.
1+ years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the telecom industry (not mandatory).
Commercial acumen with an understanding of the competition landscape, device offerings, packages, and commission schemes.
Tech-savvy with an understanding of solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
Resilience and the ability to deliver against stretch targets.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
