ManPower Services Group is a multinational human resource consulting firm seeking to recruit an Internal Auditor. The role is designed to conduct risk assessments, plan operational and financial audits, and promote strict compliance with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will support company leadership through consultation on loss prevention and incident management while ensuring the integrity of financial and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and plan operational, financial, and compliance-related audits.
- Assess, evaluate, and promote compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage compliance audits of designated facilities and ensure employees adhere to company procedures.
- Oversee investigations and analyze safety and security policy violations, integrity issues, and company compliance matters.
- Assist in identifying and investigating potential fraudulent activities or financial irregularities.
- Carry out spot checks on key areas such as cash count, field activities, trade debtors, and physical stock.
- Recommend improvements to operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop record management and activity metrics to measure the contribution of departments and analyze loss trends.
- Support company leadership through consultation on loss prevention and incident management.
- Monitor the implementation of audits and prepare timely audit reports with key performance metrics.
- Cooperate with external auditors during year-end financial audits.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, Business Management, or an equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum of three (3) years of internal audit experience.
- CISA or CIA qualification is considered an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of audit analytics tools is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and high ethical standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
- Flexibility, multitasking ability, and the capacity to deliver results under tight deadlines.
