Our goal is to simplify the logistics experience, from the movement of goods to the management of workflows. We are seeking an Intern (Sales Engineer) to join our Nairobi-based team.
Role Overview
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our sales and software engineering teams. You will develop a deep understanding of our products and our customers' businesses to ensure successful market delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow your skills within a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales and software engineering teams.
Develop a deep understanding of Senga's business and products.
Analyze customer businesses and products to identify optimal integration points.
Assist in bringing software products to market.
Engage with different departments to learn about various aspects of the company.
Report directly to the Sales Manager and CEO.
Qualifications and Requirements
Recent university graduate with a background in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
Interest in pursuing a career in a startup environment.
Technically adept and savvy with modern technology.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of professionalism and extreme attention to detail.
Ability to persuade and interact effectively with diverse people.
Experience with ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) is preferred.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and data flows is preferred.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Regular work hours are required.
Students currently in active class schedules are not eligible.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required.
