As a Service Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of offloading, assembly, and pre-delivery inspection, as well as supervise the service team and manage warranty processes.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n#### Offloading, Assembly & Predelivery Inspection Supervision\n- Supervise offloading and assembly of new units’ receipts.\n- Record and ensure safe keeping of received items for new units; report any short shipment for corrective actions.\n- Ensure assembly of new units meets OEM standards.\n- Supervise the pre-delivery inspections and carry out quality checks.\n- Submit pre-delivery inspections reports for online reporting.\n- Handover newly assembled units to the commercial team for final allocation and maintain records.\n- Ensure offloading & assembly is done in an efficient and safe manner.\n- Ensure assembly, PDI, and workshop bays are well-maintained for efficient workshop operations in line with Kaizen standards.\n- Liaise with the commercial team to understand daily requirements on new units and facilitate release to branches and customers.\n\n#### OEM Reporting, Warranty Execution & Closure\n- Assist service technicians to report warranty failures through online portals and provide feedback to OEMs.\n- Provide technical support to technicians on troubleshooting and repair processes.\n- Liaise with the warranty executive to ensure any required information is provided for claims closure.\n- Ensure warranty job cards and claims are submitted within required timelines to avert any claim rejection.\n- Ensure warranty salvage parts are safely stored and handed over to the warranty executive.\n\n#### Service Team Supervision\n- Supervise technicians in the workshop and field, ensuring required support is given in execution of assigned duties.\n- Provide technical support to technicians in the field and workshop to resolve repair/troubleshooting challenges in a timely manner.\n- Supervise and ensure efficient utilization of casuals and technicians allocated to the New Holland workshop.\n- Collaborate and follow up with the parts team to ensure technicians get required parts for service jobs.\n- Maintain records of technicians’ tools allocation and special tools, conducting regular audits to ensure they are maintained safely.\n\n#### Workshop Processes & Documentation\n- Work closely with the service administrator for timely closure of completed jobs.\n- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, workshop policies, and industry standards.\n- Ensure the quality of repairs carried out by service teams meets OEM standards and is well-documented.\n\n### Requirements\n- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Automotive, or a related field.\n- At least 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.\n- Proven track record of customer service and relations.\n- Strong technical knowledge of Tractor repair and workshop processes.\n- Conversant with high horsepower tractor diagnosis and repairs.\n- Expertise in quality control and assurance.\n- Leadership and team management skills.\n- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and as part of a team.\n- Strong time management, organization, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.\n\n### Benefits\n- Competitive remuneration.\n- Group Life & Medical plan.\n- Pension/Provident plan.\n- Variable pay package.\n- Continuous learning and development opportunities.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the SuccessFactors portal by following the application link: .
