Role Overview
Join Demulla and help power business growth across Africa. This internship position based in Oyugis provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the micro-lending and financial services industry.
Responsibilities
Assisting in the daily operations of the branch.
Supporting the processing and documentation of micro-loans.
Engaging with clients and providing customer service to micro and small business owners.
Maintaining accurate records and data entry into the company systems.
Assisting with marketing and outreach efforts for financial products.
Performing general administrative tasks as assigned by the branch manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Must be ready to support business growth activities and operational tasks within the branch.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Interest in micro-finance and community development.
