This internship position is based in Njoro (Nakuru) and is designed for graduates or diploma holders looking to start their career in the banking and financial services industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting the team in providing innovative financial solutions to micro and small businesses.
Assisting in customer behavior analysis and understanding the unique needs of micro-enterprises.
Contributing to tech-driven financial service delivery operations.
Participating in day-to-day administrative tasks within the Njoro branch.
Maintaining accurate records and supporting the micro-lending process.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Possession of a Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Field: Graduate in a relevant business or financial field.
Experience: Entry-level position; no prior experience required but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, interest in micro-finance, and proficiency in basic technology tools.
