Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and support the loan process.
Assist in the day-to-day operations related to microfinance and credit lending.
Participate in community development initiatives to promote financial inclusion.
Learn and apply company processes for SME lending and customer service.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND.
