Responsibilities
Assist in the micro-lending process and financial operations.
Support customer engagement and service delivery initiatives.
Learn and implement tech-driven financial service protocols.
Manage data entry and record-keeping tasks accurately.
Participate in community outreach or business development activities as required.
Requirements
Educational background: BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
A keen interest in micro-lending and financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and technology.
Ability to work effectively in Homa Bay.
