We are on a mission to provide instant loans to small businesses: ensuring accessibility, affordability, value, and customer experience. Newark Capital is headquartered in Kikuyu Town with several offices across Kenya.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to support loan accessibility and customer experience.
Learn and participate in loan processing workflows.
Assist in community development and financial empowerment activities.
Collaborate with the team on innovative solutions for SME lending.
Gain practical experience in microfinance operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must hold a BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly.
A passion for financial empowerment and making a difference in the community.
Strong interpersonal skills for client engagement.
