Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operations of the branch.
Support the team in delivering innovative financial solutions to micro-enterprises.
Learn to leverage consumer behavior insights to meet client needs.
Contribute to business growth initiatives within the region.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Interest in banking and micro-lending sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a tech-driven environment.
