The Intensive Care Specialist will be responsible for providing expert medical care to patients with complex and critical needs, ensuring adherence to the core values of Lifecare Kenya Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patients within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), providing high-level clinical expertise.
Monitor patient status and adjust life-support or treatment protocols as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Uphold clinical excellence and maintain safety standards within the critical care environment.
Contribute to the hospital's mission of providing top-tier healthcare services in the region.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant medical field; advanced specialization in Intensive Care is expected for a specialist role.
Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Relevant registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
Experience in critical care or intensive care environments.
