Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care and Patient Management: Conduct out-patient assessments, stabilize and resuscitate emergency patients, and manage the treatment of non-emergent cases. Handle admissions and facilitate both internal and external referrals.
• Leadership and Supervision: Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to junior doctors, ensuring high standards of practice and coordinating team dynamics.
• Policy and Protocol Development: Participate in the review and development of healthcare policies, clinical pathways, and quality improvement initiatives to formulate best practice guidelines.
• Educational Duties: Plan and implement CME programs and provide structured education to patients.
• Quality and Safety: Monitor the meticulous use of resources, ensure treating equipment is functional, and work to reduce errors and waste within the clinical team.
• Research and Collaboration: Initiate and participate in clinical research activities and institutional quality improvement projects. Liaise with consultants and various hospital departments to optimize patient treatment plans.
