We are currently seeking qualified Part-Time lecturers in Information Technology to support our modern teaching and research facilities.
Requirements for Appointment
Academic Qualifications:
A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the relevant field from a recognized University; OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least two (2) years of University teaching or industry experience.
Professional Requirements:
Evidence of teaching experience at the University level and/or relevant industry experience.
Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals will be an added advantage (particularly for postgraduate teaching).
Duties and Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality lectures and practical instructional sessions in Information Technology.
Developing and updating course content in accordance with university standards.
Assessing student performance through examinations, assignments, and practical projects.
Mentoring students and providing guidance on academic and career pathways.
Participating in research activities and contributing to the department's academic growth.
