Sheth Naturals, founded in 2015 by a female medical doctor, is dedicated to promoting clean beauty products for the African population. We are looking for results-oriented In-store Merchandisers for our Thika location to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through direct customer engagement.
Role Overview
The In-store Merchandiser will be responsible for representing Sheth Naturals in retail partner stores, ensuring our products are well-displayed and actively promoting them to customers to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage with walk-in customers and promote Sheth Naturals products.
Drive daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain high standards of product visibility and attractive shelf displays.
Provide accurate and detailed product knowledge to customers to assist their purchasing decisions.
Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification in any relevant field.
Skills: Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Attributes: Self-driven, target-oriented, presentable, and reliable.
Work Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is considered an added advantage.
Full availability to work full-time in assigned stores within Thika.
