Sheth Naturals is a clean beauty brand dedicated to providing products free from harmful ingredients for the African populace. We are seeking energetic and results-oriented In-store Merchandisers to join our team in Nyeri. The role involves engaging customers, driving sales, and ensuring our products are well-represented in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage walk-in customers and promote Sheth Naturals products.
Drive and achieve daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
Maintain optimal product visibility and ensure displays are attractive and organized.
Provide accurate product knowledge and education to customers.
Work closely with store teams to identify and maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated.
Professional appearance (presentable) and reliable work ethic.
Willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Passion for sales and customer interaction.
Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is considered an added advantage.
Availability to work full-time within assigned stores in Nyeri.
