Sheth Naturals is looking for energetic and results-driven In-store Merchandisers for its Mtwapa location. Founded in 2015 by a female medical doctor, Sheth Naturals is dedicated to providing clean beauty products specifically formulated for the African populace, moving away from harmful ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to act as a brand ambassador within retail environments, ensuring that customers are well-informed and that the company's products are presented attractively to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Actively approach and engage walk-in customers to promote Sheth Naturals products.
Sales Targets: Drive both daily and monthly sales targets to ensure sustained business growth.
Merchandising: Maintain high standards of product visibility and manage attractive in-store displays.
Product Knowledge: Provide accurate, detailed product knowledge to customers regarding skincare and beauty benefits.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Must possess a Degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND).
Communication: Strong verbal communication and customer engagement skills are essential.
Personal Attributes: Must be self-driven, target-oriented, presentable, and highly reliable.
Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability: Full-time availability to work in assigned stores.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is considered an added advantage.
