Sheth Naturals is a clean beauty brand founded in 2015 by a medical doctor, focused on providing safe and effective products for the African population. We are currently seeking results-oriented In-store Merchandisers to join our team in Kitale. This role is crucial for driving sales through direct customer engagement and maintaining professional product displays within our retail partner stores.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Actively engage with walk-in customers to promote and sell Sheth Naturals products.\n- Drive the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.\n- Ensure high product visibility and maintain attractive shelf displays.\n- Provide accurate and detailed product information to assist customers.\n- Collaborate effectively with store teams to maximize sales opportunities.\n\n### Qualifications and Requirements\n- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).\n- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.\n- Self-driven, target-oriented, and reliable.\n- Highly presentable and professional demeanor.\n- Willingness to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment.\n- Previous experience in sales, especially within beauty, skincare, or retail, is an added advantage.\n- Availability to work full-time in assigned retail outlets in Kitale.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates should send their applications to: sales@sheth.co.ke
