Sheth Naturals is looking for energetic and result-oriented In-store Merchandisers to join their team in Eldoret. Founded in July 2015 by a female medical doctor, Sheth Naturals is dedicated to providing clean beauty products for the African populace. The role involves representing the brand within retail stores, educating customers, and ensuring product excellence on the shelves.
Role Overview
As an In-store Merchandiser, your primary objective is to drive sales through active customer engagement and ensure the brand's products are well-presented and visible within the retail environment. You will act as a brand ambassador, bridging the gap between the product and the consumer.
Sales Achievement: Drive daily and monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
Merchandising: Maintain product visibility and ensure displays are attractive, organized, and meet brand standards.
Product Expertise: Provide accurate product knowledge and benefits to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities and address inventory needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Possession of a BA, BSc, or HND in a relevant field.
Skills: Strong communication and customer engagement skills are essential.
Personal Attributes: Must be self-driven, target-oriented, presentable, and reliable.
Work Ethic: Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment and availability to work full-time in assigned stores.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is considered an added advantage.
