Sheth Naturals, founded in 2015 by a female medical doctor committed to clean beauty, is looking for In-store Merchandisers to join our team in Nairobi. The role is designed for high-energy individuals who are passionate about beauty and skincare, focusing on driving sales and maintaining brand presence in various retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Actively interact with walk-in customers, offering product information and encouraging purchases.
Sales Targets: Drive daily and monthly sales goals to ensure business growth.
Merchandising: Maintain and manage product visibility and attractive displays within assigned stores.
Expert Advice: Provide accurate and helpful product knowledge to assist customers with their skincare and beauty needs.
Store Coordination: Collaborate closely with store personnel to identify and maximize new sales opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a BA, BSc, or HND degree.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
Drive: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Professionalism: Must be reliable and have a professional appearance.
Environment: Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is a significant advantage.
Commitment: Available to work full-time in designated stores.
