Job Description
St. Joseph’s Technical Institute, Nyang’oma is seeking a qualified ICT Webmaster & Digital Specialist to manage its digital presence and provide technical expertise in web management and digital marketing. This role involves designing and maintaining the institutional website, managing social media platforms, and creating digital content to enhance the school's online visibility and engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design and maintain the institutional website.
Manage and update website content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Monitor website performance and implement security protocols.
Develop and implement digital solutions to improve institutional operations.
Manage official social media platforms and engage with the community.
Create high-quality digital content and graphics for various platforms.
Analyze digital performance metrics and generate reports.
Maintain institutional branding consistency across all digital channels.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web-related issues.
Implement and manage modern digital tools and technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related equivalent field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Practical knowledge of Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) frameworks is required.
Proficiency in photography and videography skills will be considered a significant added advantage.
Must possess a valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
