Job Description

Jordan Hospital is a leading medical facility based in Kitui, recognized as an advanced diagnostic, treatment, and referral center. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee our HR department and administrative processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Medical qualifications or healthcare experience is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a combined HR and administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.
Sound understanding of HR practices, labor laws, employee relations, performance management, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills.
Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask under minimal supervision.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct is required.
