Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee and optimize the human resource function. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, and leading a distributed HR team to support the organization's strategic goals and business transformation efforts.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee end-to-end HR operations across all sites, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, records, and leave management.
Ensure statutory and policy compliance.
Develop and improve HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
Maintain strong documentation and audit trails.
Employee & Industrial Relations
Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters.
Provide guidance to managers on labour laws and best practices.
Drive grievance resolution and support legal/compliance processes when disputes escalate.
Proactively advise leadership on legislative changes.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and coordinate a geographically distributed HR team.
Set priorities and monitor service delivery standards.
Coach and develop HR staff while ensuring accountability and consistent execution across sites.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
Provide structured HR operational updates to the Director.
Partner with departmental heads to address workforce needs.
