Job Description
The Open University of Kenya (OUK) aims to address the pressing issue of limited capacity in traditional universities by employing innovative teaching and learning methodologies, including online and distance education. OUK is seeking qualified candidates to join its academic team in the field of Human Resource Management and Leadership Development. This role involves teaching, developing digital content, and providing academic guidance to students in a flexible learning environment.

An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited University; OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level and registered in good standing for a PhD in the relevant field.
Must be computer literate with the ability to handle digital content.
Ability to support students online.
