The National Construction Authority (NCA) is a government organisation which regulates, streamlines, and builds capacity in the construction industry in Kenya. NCA is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for three (3) internship positions within the Human Resource Department.

Role Overview

This internship position is designed for diploma holders in Human Resources or related fields. The successful candidates will be placed in the Human Resource Department to gain practical hands-on experience and build professional capacity within a regulatory state corporation. Successful candidates will be paid a monthly stipend in accordance with the Authority’s approved policies.
