Artemis Outsourcing Ltd is a regionally focused multidisciplinary consulting firm that provides technical assistance in Human Resource Management. We are seeking an HR Officer to support the Human Resources department. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination and employee records, to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases accurately
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Handle HR correspondence, letters, and documentation
- Coordinate staff training schedules and track attendance records
- Support payroll preparation by compiling timesheets and leave data
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organising staff welfare and engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and professional integrity
- Membership with IHRM is an added advantage
