Job Description
Oxyplus International is Kenya’s leading supplier of medical and industrial gases, gas accessories, baling twines, PVC flexible pipes and plastic ropes. Established in 2014, we operate and manage operations countrywide with a regional focus. Manufacturing of our gases takes place along the Eldoret-Nakuru Highway at Cheplaskei area in the western part of Kenya.
Oxyplus International is seeking a proactive and organized HR Manager to lead recruitment and support effective staff management across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, people-focused professional who can strengthen our team through effective recruitment and structured staff management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Oversee day-to-day staff administration and employee relations.
Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance requirements.
Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
Address workplace issues and promote a positive work environment.
Coordinate training and internal communication activities.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Human Resources (BA/BSc/HND). A Postgraduate degree (MBA/MSc/MA) is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
