Job Description
Halifax Construction Limited is a fully registered and Kenyan-owned construction and real estate delivery firm seeking an HR Manager to oversee human resources functions.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR processes, workforce relations, regulatory compliance, and employee performance and development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and onboarding
Employee relations
Performance management
Training and staff development
HR records and compliance
Implementing HR policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
