We are seeking a qualified HR Manager to oversee our human resource management functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements within the healthcare sector. The HR Manager will support both clinical and non-clinical teams, driving employee engagement and fostering a professional workplace culture.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Align HR strategy with business objectives and support organizational growth.\n- Manage core HR functions including recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management.\n- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution while maintaining confidentiality.\n- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws, HR policies, and healthcare-specific regulations.\n- Support clinical staffing dynamics, workplace health and safety, and workforce retention challenges.\n- Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) and data analysis to support reporting and decision-making.\n- Influence and support both clinical and non-clinical teams through strong leadership and communication.\n- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives in a clinic or hospital environment.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (HR option), Social Sciences, or a related field.\n- Professional certification and registration with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).\n- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.\n- Experience within healthcare or a regulated environment is highly preferred.\n- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws, HR policies, and employment regulations.\n- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), data analysis, and Microsoft Office tools.\n- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive employee and organizational information.\n- Ability to handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution professionally.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply via the Equity Afia portal by visiting the following link: or through their official website at equityafya.co.ke.
