Housekeeper/ Cook

The Housekeeper/Cook role at Fontana Enterprises Limited (FEL) is a full-time, on-site position located in the Kilimani division of Nairobi. This combined role requires a male candidate to manage both professional housekeeping and cooking responsibilities, ensuring a high standard of living environment and tailored culinary service.

Role Description

This position involves maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment by performing regular housekeeping tasks, as well as planning, preparing, and serving meals aligned with specific dietary requirements and preferences.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment by performing regular housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, and laundry.
• Planning, preparing, and serving meals aligned with dietary requirements and preferences.
• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and proper storage of food supplies.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Managing household inventories.
• Assisting with training on proper cleaning procedures.
• Maintaining high levels of confidentiality, time management, and dependability.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications:

• KCSE qualification.
• Proficiency in general housekeeping tasks such as Cleaning, Laundry, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally and meet clients' needs.
• Exceptional Organization Skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and household inventories.
• Experience in Training others in best practices for housekeeping and cooking.
• Ability to adapt to specific dietary requirements and food preparation standards.
• Trustworthiness, reliability, and punctuality.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in professional housekeeping and cooking roles is preferred.
