Job Description
Tandeli is an artisanal microbakery based in Nairobi, Kenya, specializing in sourdough bread, cardamom buns, and focaccia with Gujarati influences. While operating primarily as an online bakery with deliveries, they are expanding to a new location on Rhapta Road. We are growing and looking to fill a Barista position at the new Rhapta Rd bakery and coffee shop.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks and other beverages.
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service in a retail environment.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.
Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: BA/BSc/HND.
A strong interest and passion for coffee and the hospitality industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable and able to work at the Rhapta Road location.
