Job Description
As a Hotel Supervisor at Human Capital Outsourcing Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments including the front office, kitchen, housekeeping, and service areas function harmoniously. Your role is central to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, managing staff performance, and ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, kitchen, housekeeping, and service areas.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Monitor service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Supervise, guide, and support all hotel staff.
Enforce discipline, punctuality, and accountability.
Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts.
Conduct daily briefings and performance follow-ups.
Set and track staff KPIs and performance targets.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and service delivery.
Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Drive cultural change towards accountability and teamwork.
Resolve conflicts and maintain staff morale.
Monitor daily sales and expenses.
Ensure proper handling of cash and accountability.
Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
Minimize wastage and prevent losses.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant.
Valid Health certificate.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic financial and reporting skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
