Job Description
The County Government of Nandi is seeking to recruit four (4) Health Administration Officers I. This role is pivotal in the management and administration of health systems within the county, ensuring that healthcare facilities operate efficiently and provide high-quality services to the community.
Responsibilities
While specific duties are typically assigned upon appointment within the public service, Health Administration Officers at this level generally oversee the following:
Management of daily administrative operations within healthcare facilities.
Coordination of health system resources and supporting medical staff in administrative matters.
Oversight of facility records and data management systems.
Ensuring compliance with health sector regulations and county policies.
Participating in the planning and implementation of health programs.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must meet the following criteria:
Education: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Health Systems Management, Health Administration, or a relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with proven leadership capabilities.
