Head of Technology & Transformation

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge technology, operations, and business strategy. This is not a "keep the lights on" IT role—you will stabilize our ERP, build data and analytics capability, modernize Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), explore practical AI applications, and build an internal tech team that can own Gilani's Distributors Ltd's (GDL) future.

Key Deliverables (First Year)

• ERP Governance: Stabilize and govern our Acumatica ERP environment.
• Data & Analytics: Build trusted, decision-ready reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Digital Transformation: Deliver transformation projects across sales, logistics, and operations.
• Team Leadership: Stand up a lean, high-performing tech team for the long haul.

Qualifications & Profile

• BA/BSc/HND degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in roles such as Head of Technology, Digital Transformation Lead, ERP Programme Manager, Enterprise Architect, or CIO/CTO.
• Demonstrated experience turning IT systems into measurable commercial results.
• Strong expertise in ERP management (specifically Acumatica ERP).
• Experience with Sales Force Automation (SFA), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and data analytics.
• Background in establishing and leading high-performing technology teams.
